Morning Yoga Practice:

Dynamic, powerful Ashtanga Standing Asanas.

  • Explorer Yogi
    It will be a spectacular Morning and a Yoga practice on the open air, up to the cliff in front of the Marmara sea celebrating the life and the sun with gratitude. The Breakfast and Lunch takeaway (ready prepared from the Hotel) and we ll enjoy them on the open air and spectacular views.
  • Hiking and Yoga
    Again another amazing day! This time we ll hike the forest around Tekirdag, about 10 km track. As a day before, Yoga practice, breath and meditation we ll be done in a deep contact with nature. For the hiking, we ll have a local guide.

    Single Room: € 740 private single room with bathroom, accommodation for 5 nights (Monday to Friday included)

    The remaining payment is required at any time up until 1 month prior to the start date of the course

My name is Marsi, I am a certified Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga Teacher, Body Posture and Myoskeletal Therapist with the deep love for the food. Yoga healed my body getting it free of pain, healthier, stronger and corrected my posture. My mind started to see the world brighter, happier and I started to be in deeper contact with my body in every its muscle, bone and joint... The base of my practice is the connection between the body and mind using the breath. As the asanas of Ashtanga are a great tool for improving the body posture I widely use them during General Yoga or Corrective Posture Yoga classes. Every movement is done with awareness and breath... I like moving from outer to the inner body, which sometimes brings up the life's bubbles for releasing them toward the sky and giving the chance to move forward with more fluidity and lightness. My Vinyasa classes are challenging and vigorous but sometimes they are smooth and soft to relax the muscles and release the joints. I use the combination of the asanas for improving the agility, muscle tone, strength, flexibility and breath control. Yoga's physical and mental benefits through asanas and pranayama, provide a better posture. Evviva lo Yoga!!!
